Refund and Withdrawal policy

Right to Withdraw and Obtain a Refund 
Customers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase agreement within fourteen (14) days. During this period, customers can choose not to retain the Products and are entitled to a refund, provided they notify the Company of their decision. No reason for withdrawal is required.
Withdrawal Period Guidelines
The timeframe for exercising the right of withdrawal varies based on the nature of the delivery:
  • Single Product Delivery: The withdrawal period begins the day after the customer receives the Product.
  • Multiple Products Delivered Separately: The period starts the day after the last Product in the order is received.
  • Products Delivered Over Time: The period starts the day after the first delivery is received.
Conditions for Return Eligibility
Customers can only withdraw from the Agreement if the Products meet the following criteria:
  • They have not been worn, or otherwise used, except for trying on. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • The Products must be complete.
  • All original labels and tags must be intact.
Procedure for Withdrawing from the Agreement
To withdraw, customers must send an email to info@mariebernadettewoehrl.com clearly stating their intent to withdraw from the Agreement. The Products must be returned without unnecessary delay, no later than fourteen days after the withdrawal notice has been sent. Products should be returned in the same manner they were received, with the return label provided via email or accessible through the customer’s profile on the Website. This label must be attached to the package being returned.
Return Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
In the event of a withdrawal:
  • We will refund any amounts paid for the Products once they have been received. However, the refund amount may be reduced if the Products show signs of depreciation due to handling.
  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and no later than fourteen (14) working days after the Products are received by us.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer.
