Shipping policy
We will send out the products within 14 days of receiving full payment, unless a different delivery date is agreed upon at the time of purchase.
If we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will notify you in writing. You can then provide us with a new, reasonable delivery period. If we still can't deliver by this new date, you have the right to cancel your order.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. This email will include the product details, total price, and estimated delivery date.
We will deliver your order to the address you provided during checkout. If no one is available to receive the delivery, please follow the instructions from the delivery service.
Please inspect the packaging for any damage upon delivery or collection. If the products are damaged, you may refuse the delivery and notify us immediately, but no later than 48 hours after delivery. We will then provide instructions on what to do with the damaged items.
We work with the Belgian postal service bpost, FedEx or other carriers for order fulfillment. Shipping costs are included in the price of the product for any order within the European Union, as well as shipments to Switzerland and the UK. For shipments outside of the EU we apply a fixed fee of 60€/shipment. Any taxes, duties, fees, etc upon delivery are in any case the responsibility of the customer and not included in the price.

Local pick-up is available from our atelier in Antwerp, by appointment only. If you would like to pick up your order, please mention this at checkout, and we will contact you to schedule a time for collection.
